Day 1:
Okay so we reported to school feeling 'OMG!' and then yeah attendance taking. i was supposingly in armstrong, watch 14. oh well. with becca, emily and kw. then upon reaching obs punggol jetty i was told that i was in watch 13, amundsen. OH WELL. i cried because i was freaking disappointed. alot of people were like O.O. oh well. BUT THAT ISNT THE POINT. because after 1h plus of nonstop tears it changed nothing LOL. so yeah. introduced to our two instructors, faizal and yong kang! (: short self-intro among watch then took a nice photo (: headed for PULAU UBIN OBS CAMPSITE 2222222222222222222222222!
Upon arrival, unlocked the key to our stall. i guess it was the best start to a camp i ever had. holding each other hands then having to untangle everyone. we were like WOOOOOOOOO! when we gt untangled. next, checking store. oh man. LOL. everyone was like 'WHATS THIS?' haha. i was the store I/C so i was like EH GOT HOW MANY PONCHO? the reply will be 'whats a poncho?' LOL and they might end up counting the groundsheet or something. LOL. belaying! falling, fall on. trust i guess. elissa was really scared of heights. the second time i belayed her instead she was felt safe (: im wonderful~ LOL.
nighttime! faizal teached us how to cook rice! xD i taught like 4 person to open a can and now they are as pro as me :D LOL. since dno when i was assigned as cleaning I/C. OH WELL. bathed. pitched tent. OH YEAH. the peg is freaking small and punny. i bent one while trying to gently push it into the ground :X. first aid. was voted the medic I/C. LOL. yet another responsibility. ah well. halfway, FIRE DRILL! everyone walked to assembly area and kana scolding LOL! expected. slept with my tentmates! vivian sari~ jessie tee~ elissa~ felicia~
Day 2:
waking up in the morning was T.T. no watch. woken up by my wonderful mental clock at 5am. others couldnt wake up. late. PT (sort of) was OOOOOOOO: LOL.
breakfast~ rock climbing~ climbed for almost the whole morning~ LOL. crystal was damn pro. climbed like spiderwoman. oh well. climb climb climb. belay belay belay. rained! then climbed again. kayaking! taught us how to kayak, capsize, T-X rescue, blah blah blah. the water was like FREEZING T.T everyone was like screaming. jacqueline was damn scared of seawater. saltwater was well...salty. eyes hurt like siao. vivian and me were like zi-highing in the water. we started laughing like siao. LOL. oh well xD capsizing was FUN xD LOL. went out to sea for awhile. HAHAHAHA! capsize buddy was ke er and jezamine. wth. we were LMAO-ing throughout the whole thing. LOL.our kayaks were flooded with water. LOL. ke er the stone had fun trying to use a cloth to empty her kayak.
kayaked to camp 1! there like chalet like that. :l. showered. dinner was nice (: gt canteen worzxz. briefing for sea ex after that. 8 leaders from amundsen, armstrong, batuta and chengho. So our grp voted for the stronger ppl as leaders. me, vivian, jinyi and natalie changed pair. ended up me and jinyi leader LOL! THAT WAS A TERRIBLE CHOICE. READ ON I WILL TELL YOU WHY! LOL! anyway the leaders were jinyi, me, khengwee, jastine, yijia, valerie, esther and huihan. LOL! 5 sqdms! we owned~ LOL. decided on time and stuff. briefing again. SLEEEEEEEP! jinyi gave me her watch because she know she wont be able to wake up on time.
Day 3:
1pm woke up. 3pm woke up. 435 woke up. 450 woke up. the next time i woke up was 515. and i screamed and woke everyone in my tent. overslept xD LOL! washed up. meet instructors for morning PT. breakfast. packed. LETS GO! CAMP TWO ALPHA OI! 12.5km of kayaking. jinyi and i were sweepers LOL!
So we kayak at the back o.o LOL. most people had no control over their kayak. HAHAHA! you see everyone kayaking in S/Z-shape. its like the front people are going straight, the middle people some straight some S/Z-shape. the lagging people all off-course. the people right at the back are just trying to get their kayak to move properly. LOL. me and jinyi being very macho and strong kayakers were floating while waiting for everyone to catch up. we were like 'COME ON CATCH UP!' and no one bothers. oh well. so every 4 strokes, we float for 5 mins because our strokes are powerful and goes straight. jinyi *stares* was SOOO bored, that she ate like 2 uncle toby? we watch some people puke from the back and we were like O.O okay. the horror hasnt start yet. after lunch we decided to change into navigators (right in the front) because we dont have to patience to wait anymore. jinyi...became sick...because she ate too much uncle toby and gt seasick and indigestion. i went to pee. my knees cramped. wth. cramped 3 times through the whole trip. pain like siao. an instructor came to help me get onto kayak. :l oh well.
the rest of the trip was like T.T jinyi became very sick. puked uber lot. then i was like kayaking the both of us for the rest of the trip although jinyi tried to help but ended up splashing water on me. oh well. then she started zihighing (or at least try to) by telling sick jokes and singing 'row row row your kayak roughly down the sea' high current. kayaked like siao. meanwhile jinyi is still dying despite how people donated alot of orange peels to her. rained. still have to kayak.
after what seemed like eternity. WE REACHED THE CAMPSITE! telongtong or smth. totally grassy, ants-dominated area. no bathing. only got powder bath. bath in the tent. LOL. we all smeel weird. dinner was quite good. xD jinyi cooked 2 huge pots of curry noodles. dont ask me about the hygiene. it was terrible. but everyone ate and enjoyed anyway. LOL.
night walk (modified one). it was BORING. :l walk to some weird place. stared for very long. then recognise it. assembly area in the village. the one we assembled at for area atc. faizal is also from NPCC! woo! reflections. felt like i was still floating in the sea all the time. century duty. sleepy like siao. the ground was rocky everywhere. luckily have no muscleache. that means im fit (: LOL!
Day 4:
Woke up feeling uber giddy. T.T jinyi took her watch back. didnt know what time it was. 6. i nearly died. went to wake everyone up. btw, my tent is always the first group to wake up. and everyone doesnt snooze. LOL. brush teeth in the middle of nowhere. HAHA. so funny! XD ooh well. one of our bags were attacked by ants. turned out that she put her bag on a ant nest. LOL! oh well. had tuna, jam, peanut butter sandwich for breakfast.
land ex I/C. i think im quite zai lorh. i navigate and got the places right. hiked 10km+ with our uber heavy backpacks. everyone had to catch up with me and most of them died on the way. apparently nicole was still oblivious and keeps shouting 'KEEP UP EVERYONE! JIAYOU JIAYOU!' lol. i was among the few who still had energy left. at one point, carried two bags. one in front one behind because natalie back gt problem. me and jezamine took turns to carry. damn tiring. shoulders ache like siao. oh well. the place we hiked. i could recognise from last yr area atc land ex! yay! so wonderful~ there was rain and storm halfway. so we sat at the hut for quite long. told lame jokes, tricks and stuff. faizal couldnt get some of them. yongkang was quite zai he could guess most of it. oh well. everyone was high after lunch and lots of rest.
WALKED LIKE WHAT SEEMED LIKE ETERNITY~ CAMP 2! we were like YES! and everyone was like 'home sweet home' de gan jue. packed stuff. bathed (omg we smell good). dinner with armstrong! had nice egg and veg and rice and noodles for dinner! the people in our class can cook well (: yay! the whole class was uber high. it was xiaolei's birthday somemore! faizal and jasmine (armstrong's instructor) cooked some apple crumple and milo fondue~ LOL. everyone was like laughing! so fun (: everyone was piggy-backing around and playing LOL. yay~ happy~ (: oh well. dinner was nice. slept in shelter that night due to heavy storm. slept beside jinyi cause apparently when i laugh she will laugh when she laugh i will laugh. so we figured that we should try see if we can sleep. LOL. jessie, lihan, huishan, jinyi and natalie started touching my hair. they were like 'EH! her hair very nice to touch' so everyone started touching and stared laughing. then the batuta instructor scolded us. me and jy started laughing like siao. LOL. that night was uber cold since jessie didnt bring anything and shared poncho with me and a tiny jacket.
Day 5 (last day!):
Woke up shivering. i overheard (apparenltly) that it was 6. screamed and woke everyone else up. LOL! jinyi woke up after i striped her of her slping bag. after she was in a clear sate of mind, she checked her watch. 5.29am. they almost killed me. LOL. but then smart nicole say 'lets be early for once.' LOL. and everyone woke up~~~ faizal was like O: when we came early LOL! cleared up. check store. amundsen damn zai! never lose anything! tooks lots of photos~ had last few activities~ blindman, trustfall and stuff~ cheer. my throat sucks now LOL!
said byebye! souvenirs and stuff~ bought the classic black OBS shirt~ sat with lihan, huishan, joling, elissa, kw, becca, jinyi, emily, nat, justina around me. everyone was uber high. i was like zzzz-ing away. damn tired.
reach school! took class photo~ piggyback few of them and ran around taking photos. (: piggybacked rebecca for 5 shots. LOL! my back nearly died. tchers were alarmed that we were still so alert. LOL! everyone was jumping around like siao. hahaa. OBS! (:

the journey hasnt been easy for all of us. but then i believe now we're more bonded as a class (oh wait, half the class)! yay oh well. LOL! im abit incoherent o.O ah well. to the point:

elissa, yay tentmate! blindfold buddy! hope ur foot isnt dying LOL! i wont forget how you ask me for muscle cream every night and having to massage you. HAHA! yay! dont cry le horh. next time for camp tahan pain abit more yeah? :D
jinyi, time keeper, KAYAK MATE! LOL! PLEASE CUT THE 'UNCLE-TOBY-ING'! LOL! yay! thanks for sharing your never ending supply of energy. tracker~ -.- LOL. anyway. lets hope we have some happy memory to share next time other then watching people puke, watching YOU puke, kayaking like siao and getting violated by you. LOL! thanks anyway! :D so memorable~
