i broke my hp LCD screen so fantastic right? so my dad gotta pay $80 to repair it since i cant change a phone coz of a 2yr contract. stupid nokia. my phone is still under warranty and they insist that i need to pay for service charge. waaa then horh the person was so da pai when my dad insist of seeing the manager. then she say: " why must see the manager?" == then i was over there giving the "you suck, bitch" look. then my dad being so smart said: "you do not have a manager here right?" then she said:" he's not in. he went out." then my dad ask for the supervisor. then she say: " why must see the supervisor? he will give the same answer." then my dad say that he will write in and complain for the lousy service. then she said: " dont need to complain." STUPID ASSHOLE! what kind of lousy service is nokia having nowadays? we ask for the price then she said: "i cant say. its less than $80." wad kinda crappe is this. then she said that the service charge is $26, LCD screen $27, GST blah blah. then why $80? her maths got problem? so apparently i got chao pissed and said very loudly: " if this is the explanation to why we have to pay so much, then they must as well go eat shit larh. asshole." so she gave me the icy glare. then i obviously commented on it and said: " i customer or wad ah? someone apparently think her manager or supervisor is very bigshot. cannot come out and see us." eff that person. i shall nvr support nokia again. sony erisson offers better service can? == asshole. as if i no money to pay like that. the bitch obviously thought that we have no money to pay. its just so unreasonable for us to pay for wad we dont have to? like asking u throw money into long kao like dat. esp paying stupid ppl like her who probably sit thr and bai mei. qu si bah. Then collect my phone. she said tuesday. my dad say so long? then she say monday. my dad say he outstation. then she say when? my dad say sunday. she said we close at 5pm. then my dad say 4 can? then she say okay. is she full of crappe or wad? asshole hope she got constipation.
lets not talk abt invalid ppl. i changed a specs *hopefully trying to cheer myself up*. my mum prefer red coz she said it makes me look more cheery == oh well...
Nth to say...lets talk abt friday! DALT was kinda fun xD we played some kinda number game haha. the shitou is so heavy...cannot control properly. SIGH...here is part of sqdms' convo over the phone (NOTE:the content is edited slightly) :
